Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we stand behind our high-performance gear, but if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you have 30 days to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to ensure your performance journey never misses a beat.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your athlete account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unworn sports apparel or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for wear and tear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
